CNC 5Axis milling
The complexity of the our customers requirements and their demands for quality are forced to invest into 5-axis milling machines with direct measurement. Technical parameters of these machines with five continuously controlled axis allow us to produce complex shape parts with weight up to 2500 kg and dimensions D900x600. It is a highly productive machines that work with rapid traverse up to 60 m / s.
Capacity of 5 axis CNC milling predominantly used for manufacturing of components for measuring jigs, prototype car lights, car body parts, interior components for motor vehicles (door systems, plastic components, instrument panel, ...) and last but not least, assembly jigs for AIRBUS
CNC 4axis milling
Amendment 3 axis machines with additional equipment - Divider expand the number of controlled axes to X, Y, Z and A axis rotary milling centers in that configuration we use for production of radial elements in rotating components, various kinds of gears and shafts with variable pitch.
CNC 3axis milling
Productive milling in MECASYS Ltd. is achieved using the most appropriate technological options. In case of common components and shaped surfaces we use 3 axis CNC machines with direct or indirect metered. Working range with dimensions 1200x800x600 mm and a workpiece weight of 1200 kg allows us to process and shape of medium-sized molds and measuring and assembly jigs.
3axis CNC milling centers with direct measurement help us achieve:
- High dimensional accuracy of our products +/- 0.006 mm
- Quality surface components and shaped surfaces
Milling machines is possible improved with acceleration spindle 80,000 rpm / min which is also widely used in the final shape of the tool machining of small diameter or during machining the electrodes for electro die sinking while repairing the components of molds or new parts of mold.
EDM die sinking
MECASYS Company Ltd. can boasting German technology EXERON EDM 313. This electro die sinking machine us very productive helps in the production of tools, molds, modification and also in eroding non-standard materials. On this machine we can achieve all the operations of fast roughing up to finishing. Working range with dimensions of 620 × 420 × 400 mm with max. workpiece weight of 1500 kg allows us to erode even larger and heavier components.
We use a graphite material for the production of electrodes in order to increase performance and efficiency while offering us no flushing eroding deep ribs.
EXERON 313 EDM we can provide:
- High dimensional precision of +/- 0.01 mm
- Connect to an existing shape and polishing steps
- Sparkle cranked the tap or other tools
- Thread recess in a hard and heat-treated material
EDM cutting
Wire cutter GF Agie Charmilles CUT20P again extend our productive capabilities and capacities. It helps us especially in the production of high precision holes and components which can not be used machining. One advantage is that the EDM machine has the function of cutting 4AX, making manufacture more complex shapes the design. This technology achieves a final roughness up to Ra 0,35um and products are made with an accuracy of 0.001 mm. Working mobile machinery is 350 x 250 x 250 mm and max. workpiece weight is 400 kg.

Inherent in the company for the production of quality components, the 3D measuring device DEA PIONIEER that allows you to control different types of products.
3D coordinate measuring system is actually very precise and accurate measurement method. Thus, the device makes full use of DEA PIONEER to monitor the quality of both the input and output control, but also during the production process is very complicated and precise parts.
3D measuring device is an advantage for the company, because in addition to the complete measuring manufacturing plant ensures their validation and immediate practical use.
CAM & CAD
Support for technical production preparation is to ensure sufficient staffing capacity and software for productive work and preparation of construction documentation, 3D modeling and machining programs.
For the preparation of machining programs we use:
- CAM system PowerMill2015 - 5AX support fully continuous milling with collision control and lower level programming 3D and 2.5D
- TopSolid CAM system - supports full 5AX continuous milling with collision control and lower level programming 3D and 2.5D
