We provided engineering services in mechanical engineering for analyzing and optimizing strength using the finite element method (FEM - finite element analysis).

Implementation of seismic analysis frameworks for the renovated American company has opened a space for providing additional services for prototyping metal components. Our success has been based on a professional approach, ensuring short delivery deadlines and quality.

Hard work, reliability and quality supply increasing demand for services provided. The team grew further requirements to ensure the appropriate technology. Investing in modern and efficient technology helped us meet the demanding requirements of our customers, especially in the area of ​​efficient CNC bending, milling and turning.

Development of cooperation with customers from the automotive industry, we opened new possibilities to realize our competence in product development, design measuring jigs, special machines and assembly workstations. Design solutions of advanced products in the field of automotive segment necessitated ensure our technological equipment of modern 5-axis machine tools, software and CAM systems for the fully continuous machining 5AX (Power Mill, Solid Top) and 3AX CNC measuring device.

By extending the technology of production 5AX CNC milling machines Hermle and Deckel Maho we achieved an increase of available capacity and technological variability in the shape of continuous milling of parts, components up to size 950 mm and maximum weight of 2000 kg.

The trust of our customers has helped us to develop repair and manufacturing of injection molds for plastic products. This segment we have strengthened with other technologies in the field of die-sinking complex form.
